GameVault UK offers a 30-day return period for most products. The return period begins on the day you receive your product, as confirmed by our delivery tracking information. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Products that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery, or that are missing any accessories or free items that came with the product, may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. We will then process your refund or exchange.
For approved refunds, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we've processed it.
If you choose to receive an exchange instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement product to you after receiving and processing your return. If there is a price difference between the returned item and the exchanged item, we will either charge or refund the difference as appropriate.

For products that develop defects after the initial return period but within the manufacturer's warranty period, you should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. GameVault UK may, at our discretion, assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer for warranty claims.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Service team at support@gamevaultuk.com.
Sale items are only eligible for refunds if they are defective. Otherwise, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Pre-orders and back-ordered items can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product, unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning a product due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
GameVault UK may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned items that have been opened, used, or returned without their original packaging or accessories. The specific restocking fee will be determined based on the condition of the returned product and will be deducted from your refund.

If you purchased a product for personal use as a consumer, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please note that this right does not apply to certain products, such as sealed audio or video recordings or computer software that has been unsealed after delivery.
